Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 99x0 website at https://99x0.io, including all sub-pages, features, applications, and services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who registers for or uses the Platform.
• "99x0" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the Platform.
• "Balance" means real-money funds deposited by the player and held in their 99x0 account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or bonus funds credited to a player's account as part of a promotion.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to validate a player's account.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 99x0 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these terms.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on 99x0, you must register for an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the registration method or payment details used.
• You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your Account to place bets or access games.
• You must not use false, misleading, or borrowed identity information when registering. Accounts registered with fraudulent information will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.
• 99x0 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Upon detecting duplicate accounts associated with the same individual (identified by matching device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or identity document), 99x0 will close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and return only the net deposited balance to the verified original account, less any bonus amounts already received.

Age Verification

The minimum age to register and use the 99x0 Platform is 21 years. Use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. By registering an Account, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older.

As part of our KYC process, 99x0 may at any time request documentary proof of age from any Account holder. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. 99x0 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your password, OTP, or account PIN with anyone — including persons claiming to represent 99x0 support. Our support team will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 99x0 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access, 99x0 may temporarily suspend your Account to protect your funds while an investigation is conducted. We will communicate with you via the email address registered to your Account throughout this process.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 99x0 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 99x0, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet in real time or within a few minutes depending on your payment provider's processing time.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit on that account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• 99x0 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 99x0 is not responsible.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, 99x0 may require full KYC verification to be completed. You must submit any requested identity documents within 72 hours of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts where the registered name matches the identity document on file. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotions

99x0 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have a verified 99x0 account and are aged 21 or above.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period specified for each offer. Unused bonus balances will expire automatically after this period.
• 99x0 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any unconverted bonus balance will be removed from affected accounts without compensation.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements — will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100% for slots, 10% for live table games) towards meeting wagering requirements. Contribution rates will be specified per promotion.

99x0 reserves the right to void any winnings and reclaim any bonus funds if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus was obtained in breach of these conditions.

Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the 99x0 Platform, you agree to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where a specific in-play cancellation feature is explicitly offered.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by game, stake level, and account status.
• 99x0 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, a manifest pricing error, or any technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed to the player.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your BDT wallet immediately upon game completion. Winnings from sports bets are credited upon settlement of the relevant event.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game or bet outcome, 99x0's records of the transaction — together with the records held by the relevant Game Provider — shall be the definitive reference. If a discrepancy exists between a player's display and 99x0's server records, the server records prevail.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international matches). 99x0 reserves the right to suspend any market pending clarification of a result.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99x0 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 99x0.

Game content, including game art, audio, mechanics, and payout tables, remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider and is licensed to 99x0 for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of Game Provider content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

99x0 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency outages may occur. 99x0 will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

99x0's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

99x0 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, address, and identity document details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, age verification, AML compliance, and support communications. 99x0 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
